Windows Vista installiert ist, nicht dauerhaft gespeichert?]]></title>
		<description><![CDATA[<p>
<font size="2">Prinzipiell läuft Outlook 2002 unter Windows Vista bzw. Windows 7, allerdings werden die Passwörter der E-Mail-Konten nicht dauerhaft gespeichert. Nach dem Eintippen der Passwörter behält Outlook diese zwar, allerdings nur solange, bis Outlook geschlossen und neu gestartet wird. Der Grund für dieses Verhalten ist, dass der Registry-Schlüssel, </font><font size="2">in dem Outlook </font><font size="2">die Kennwörter ablegt bzw. ablegen will – </font><font size="2">Outlook 2002 verwendet zum Speichern der Kontoinformationen <a href="http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb432403.aspx" target="_blank" title="PStore"><strong>PStore</strong> (Protected Storage System)</a>  –</font><font size="2">, in Windows Vista zwar noch vorhanden ist, aber die Schnittstelle an sich nicht mehr existiert.
</font>
</p>
<p>
<font size="2">
Windows Vista aber verwendet ausschließlich die <a href="http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms995355.aspx" target="_blank" title="Windows Data Protection"><strong>DPAPI</strong> (Windows Data Protection)</a>, die Outlook 2002 aber nicht kennt. Mit <strong>Outlook 2003/2007</strong> tritt dieses Problem nicht auf, da diese Versionen sowohl die eine als auch die andere Methode kennen, je nachdem, unter welchem Betriebssystem sie installiert sind.

Da der Support für Outlook 2002 bereits abgelaufen ist, werden keine Updates, Fixes oder neue Funktionen bzw. Verbesserungen mehr bereitgestellt, sodass einem nur folgende Alternativen bleiben:

	<li><font size="2">Outlook 24 Stunden am Tag und sieben Tage die Wochen laufen lassen</font></li>

	<li><font size="2">ein E-Mail-Programm verwenden, dass voll kompatibel zu Vista ist<br />
	</font>

unter Windows Vista und stellt somit die volle Funktionsfähigkeit dieser Outlook Version unter dem neuen Betriebssystem wieder her."</em></font>

Das Wichtigste zusammengefasst:<br />

<font size="2">Benennen Sie vorhandene Einträge einfach um. Der <font color="#003366"><strong>Category Manager</strong></font> schreibt die Änderungen automatisch in alle betroffenen Outlookelemente Ihrer Wahl — unabhängig davon, in welchem Ordner die gespeichert sind. Ohne den <font color="#003366"><strong>Category Manager</strong></font> wäre das mit extrem viel manueller Arbeit verbunden — und das für jeden einzelnen Ordner!</font>

<font size="2">Sehen Sie auf einen Blick, welche Kategorie wie oft benutzt wird - und welche gar nicht. Löschen Sie unbenutzte Kategorien und halten Sie die Liste so kurz und übersichtlich wie möglich.</font>

<font size="2">Markieren Sie eine ganze Gruppe von Outlookelementen (ordnerunabhängig!) und ordnen Sie beliebig viele Kategorien gleichzeitig zu oder entfernen Sie Zuordnungen. Dabei ist es egal, in welchem Ordner die Elemente abgelegt sind; mit dem <strong><font color="#003366">Category Manager</font></strong> haben Sie einfachen Zugriff auf alle Elemente — E-Mails, Aufgaben etc. — gleichzeitig.</font>

<font size="2">Sie können die Liste aller Kategorien ausdrucken.</font>

<font size="2">Suchen &amp; Ersetzen: Passen Sie in wenigen, einfachen Schritten die Benennungskonvention der Kategorien Ihren aktuellen Bedürfnissen an. Ersetzen Sie z.B. in nur einem Arbeitsgang den Standardwert "Geschäftlich" durch "Projekt" - und das für alle E-Mails, Aufgaben, Kontakte etc. gleichzeitig. Wenn Sie dann festlegen möchten, dass alle projektbezogenen Kategorien gruppiert und an erster Stelle in der alphabetisch sortierten Liste angezeigt werden sollen (für einen noch schnelleren Zugriff), dann stellen Sie mit ebensowenig Schritten diesen Einträgen noch einen Punkt (.) voran. <br />
